5 Indian cricketers who might go unsold in IPL 2022

When it comes to IPL every team wants to have a proper Indian player in their respective teams. But an out-of-form player is of no use and especially if off-form continued for a couple of seasons. So, I’m this article we will see 5 Indian players who might go unsold in IPL 2022.
#1 Robin Uthappa
Robin Uthappa had a fantastic IPL career. As a player, he had played for several IPL franchises. His best was with Kolkata knight riders. He with Gautam Gambhir was one of the best opening pairs in IPLs history. But in the last couple of seasons, he was not that effective. He was good at some point but not consistent. Although he won the last IPL with Chennai super kings, the franchise did not show any interest in retaining him.
#2 Jaydev Unadkat
Jaydev Unadkat was once the highest sold player in IPL when he was bought by Rajasthan Royals. Rajasthan bought him because of his performances in domestic leagues but he did not stand on the expectations of the franchise. Unadkat is a slow left-arm bowler which makes him an easy-to-pack bowler.

#3 Ishant Sharma
There is no doubt in Ishant Sharma as a test bowler. The long Indian Speedster had played 100 test matches for India in his career but he was not much effective in limited-overs. In IPL too his records are not good. He was a member of Delhi capitals in the last IPL season but got almost nil matches to play. After the retentions were announced, Ishant’s name was not on that list which means he will be available for the IPL 2022 auctions and it will be a thing to see which team will go after him or he will go unsold.
#4 Vijay Shankar
Vijay Shankar was once India’s hope to end the drought of fast bowling all-rounder for India. He was even part of India’s squad in the 2019 world cup. He was expected to fulfil the requirements of a middle-order batsman for India. But suddenly his form dropped and he was not much effective in the last two seasons of IPL. He played for Sunrisers Hyderabad who finished at last in 2021 IPL. He was not retained by SRH and there will be very little chance for him to get sold in 2022 Meg auctions because competition will be a factor.

#5 Kedar Jadhav
Once Kedar Jadhav was India’s most trustable middle-order batsman who could so provide an extra bowling option to the team. Jadhav played for CSK, RCB, and SRH in the last IPL in his IPL career. Jadhav lost his form in the 2020 season when he was not able to run scoreboards. The media too played a very negative role in his life when people trolled him everywhere for his less strike rate and taking too many balls. In 2021 it was almost a second chance given to him when SRH showed trust in him and picked him. But he failed miserably to deliver.
